What was the purpose of trying to make the practical exam cease to exist? Did you fear that we would fail or something along that line?

[So Hope's Peak wouldn't delay it. Not when they wanted to were trying to bury a tragedy and the kids were the perfect distraction.]
There was no way to get it post-poned through the proper channels. It was bring pressure on them using the very media they were relying on...or. Let all of you be under par.
